Configurable & Customizable
- Bill Cycle – Enables one to run billing montly, bimontly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly.
- Interest – As per bye laws only simple interest is levied, however percentage is configurable.
- Financial Year – Specify the financial year for which the billing is being caried out.
- Notes – Any general message which needs to be part of maintenence bill is specified here.
Entities
- Members List – All members are displayed in a tabular format and can be easily updated or deleted.
- Vendors List – All the Vendors dealing with the society are listed here . It captures all the information and can be easily updated, ledgers are automatically created and payments can be made from the accouting section.
- Tenents List – All rented out properties are displayed here along with all the details like, tenent name, address, phone no, agreement registration info, police NOC taken or not, agreement expiry date etc.
- Staff – Permanent employees like watchman or office manager is listed here.
Import Members
- Import Members – Members can be added manually or can be imported via excel sheet. However there are certain pre-requisites prior to using this fearture. Like entire apartment has to be setup up properly only then it is possible
- Pricipal Balance – Old principal balances are loaded here and billing will continue from where the billing was stopped.
- Interest Balance – Old interest balances are loaded here and billing will continue from where the billing was stopped.
Trial Balance
- Trial Balance – Is automaticaly generated by the system.
- Income & Expense – Is automaticaly generated by the system and profit or loss is automatically posted to Balance Sheet without any manual intervention.
- Downloads – Can be easily downloaded
- Printout – Is also possible.

Ledgers
- Chart of Accounts – Entire chart of accounts is created once the society is oboarded, anything extra can be added or updated as necessary.
- Ledgers – Ledgers are created automaticaly by the system once the society is onboarded and also while adding entities like members, vendors, bill generation, receipts .The system automatically does double entries by the accouting standards.
- Opening & Closing Balances – Are automatically loaded for members, however it has to be manually updated for other ledgers i.e banks, vendors etc.
Templates (Automation)
- Templates – Enables us to do the configuration only once and the billing is generated accordingly for all the members.
- Member Template – Has an overiding effect on what is specified in general template above.
- Configurable – We need to this setup only once or anytime there is a change in any bills items for a given member.
Parking
- Unlimited – The system has no limit or restrictions in adding parking for a given member. One can add any number of 2 or 4 wheelers with different or same rates as the case may be.
- Parking Bill Item – Whatever vehicals are specified for a given member along with the rate specified is automatically picked up by the billing system and processed & posted accordingly in accouting module.
Reports
- Chart of Accounts – Entire chart of accounts is created when a society is onboarded
- Ledgers – Predefined ledgers are automatically created by the system as and when you keep adding members, vendors and run billing and receipts for members
- Export – The information can be easily exported to an excel sheet
